Dear GCC,

On March 8th and 9th endurancefactor.com coach Drew Edsall will be coming to The Bike Route to conduct Lactate Threshold tests. The test sessions will take about 1 1/2 hours and will help cyclist of all levels. Please contact martin or drew asap to setup an appointment as test sessions are on a first come first serve basis.
