*SUNRISE RIDE*

*WHEN* - SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 3rd - Meet at 6:50 a.m. for a 7 a.m. SHARP
departure (we really do leave at 7:00 a.m.)

*WHERE* - Chevron Station NW 53rd Ave and NW 43rd Street

*DISTANCE* - Approximately 40 miles (negotiable depending on the group that
shows up)

*PACE* - 18-19.5 mph

This is a nice group and a great ride since we usually get back around 9:30
a.m. and it's not hot by then.  We'll slow down to close most gaps or
regroup at intersections or atop large hills.  To ride, and feel
comfortable, you should be able to maintain at least 18 mph for several
hours.  If you're not sure, just show up and ride with us.  If you can't
maintain the pace, I'll split from the group and finish the ride with you.

As always helmets are required, mirrors recommended, headphone forbidden.

This is normally Jonathan's group and he should be back in town, but I have
not seen a post so I'm posting.
