Learning to filter is another option. Almost every email client I've
ever used has filtering mechanism. Keeps those in-boxes clean and
manageable.

I also like the forums idea. A site with forums for the various ride
groups, announcements, a place for members to post items they're
selling, etc. has a lot of potential.
