Dear Friends:

The EZ Riders (Lee and I) have entered the Rails-to-Trails Bike Ride on
the Withlacoochee Trail on Sunday 7 October.  We will drive down the
afternoon before, and stay at the Central Motel (800.554.7241), in order
to comfortably make the starting time of 7:00 AM Sunday.  This is a
great ride, with hundreds and hundreds of bicycle crazies on one of our
best State Trails.  You would imagine traffic jams of bicycles, but
actually the 46 miles of trail accepts the big turn-out with no strain.

Plenty of food, interesting people to talk to, no pressure, no traffic,
and a generally laid-back good time.  We always see friends we don't get
a chance to see otherwise.

The next day, Monday 8 October, Lee and I are going to drive over to
Clermont and ride the Lake Minneola Trail and its connection to the West
Orange Trail, returning to Gainesville in the afternoon of Monday.

maybe for dinner on Saturday or Sunday.
