This ride will held at a steady pace with some intervals possibly
thrown in?  Regardless of what happens we will regroup at the end of
each Limerock section.  Folks who ride with the Gliders or A's will
have no worries.  However, we won't be cruising like a Led Zeppelin so
keep this in mind.

Many of the roads are Limerock / Dirt so bring along your Mountain
Bike (Slicker tyres recommended), Cross Bike or Limerock Assault
Vehicle - we don't
discriminate here!  Ride time will be about 3 - 4 hours.
