If you're interested in getting an LT test done, but are unable to make this event, remember that the UF Sports Performance Center provides a discount to any GCC member. They also offer coaching packages, and computrainer "torture", err, workout sessions. They're conveniently located on S.W. 34th Street and Hull Road. You can find out more information about their cycling specific services on the intertubes at http://www.ufsportsperformance.com/cycling.shtml Ken jar1979@xxxxxxx wrote: > Dear GCC, > > On March 8th and 9th endurancefactor.com coach Drew Edsall will be coming to The Bike Route to conduct Lactate Threshold tests.
