Re: GCCMail: Lactate testing Coming to Bike Route Ken Sallot 06 Feb 2008 21:12 EST

If you're interested in getting an LT test done, but are unable to make
this event, remember that the UF Sports Performance Center provides a
discount to any GCC member. They also offer coaching packages, and
computrainer "torture", err, workout sessions. They're conveniently
located on S.W. 34th Street and Hull Road.

You can find out more information about their cycling specific services
on the intertubes at http://www.ufsportsperformance.com/cycling.shtml

from the entries received by Valentine's Day (Feb 14). The mailing =
deadline
is Feb 23.

The paper copy will be in the mail on Monday for delivery starting =
Tuesday
if all goes according to plan. We are planning to offer an option to =

implement that. It will part of a new function on the web site where =

To all:

As I just read in the latest GCC's Happenings newsletter I saw that Robert
Fisher also doing the Tour de Cure in Orlando, Sunday, February 24. I guess
that makes two of us (perhaps there are more?).

Maybe you might want to consider sponsoring me also -
http://tour.diabetes.org/goto/beth.knizer

I won't be doing the distance he will, but rather a personal best for me (73
miles). I thought this would be an excellent preparation and also for a
great cause (American Diabetes Association). I plan to tackle my first
century in March.

So please consider me, in addition to Robert. Thank you for your
consideration.
