I'm with George:  Beer - especially Ale - is something about which I can get very serious!

How about a "Trail Ale" concept, perhaps even rotating annually to honor all of the area trails.  For example:

                                 Nature Coast
                                 TRAIL ALE
                                 2006
             A Gainesville Bicycle Community Beer Production

Then, Gainesville-Hawthorne Trail Ale, Withlacoochie, etc.

I'd like to help...drink, yes, but in the preparation phase as well.

bicycle community.  The beer name and story will be printed on
coasters available at the pub.
