Thought some of you might be interested in helping out with the annual
TF race weekend.  It's a good way to be useful and watch the race at
the same time, and people often bring you free coffee and stuff if you
look like you're doing something, or at least that has been my
experience.

Information below.  Forwarding to TF and VetMed lists so you don't get
multiple posts.  This should cover pretty much the whole community of
potential volunteers.

Calling everyone who is a member of Team Florida: old, new, orange,
blue, roadies, mountain crushers, track stars, even those interested
in watching can volunteer some hours as we put on the annual Swamp
Classic race 2/6-2/7.

We need 10 people at all times during the weekend events. Here's the
breakdown of where we need you. Suggestion: Sign-up with your friends
to help at the same shift. List of event times follow these
descriptions.

For the TT;
+ we need 2 at the turn around point along with an officer to
slow the cars down.

+ We need 2 dedicated to be holders for the riders

+ We need 2 dedicated to traffic at the start area.

+ We need 1 dedicated to helping the officials keep the riders
lined up and in order.

+ We need 1 dedicated to be runners from registration to the
start area.

+We need 2 in the registration area along with the two staff
to handle any questions and misc stuff

+ we need 4-6 dedicated to course setup/teardown; haybale
placement, barricade placement, registration assistants, caution tapers for
parking lots and side streets, more...etc

Now, please pick your volunteer hours when you are free (around the
time you warm-up, race, and cool-down). Or for the viewers and fans,
