Hi Everyone

Sunrise ride Sunday July 29th meet at 6:50am for a 7am sharp departure
from the Chevron (NW 43rd and 53rd).  Count on approx 38 miles and a
20mph average (meaning we often cruise on flats between 20-22mph).  We
regroup to pick up any dropped riders at all turns along the route.
