Shannon, that is not the incident that was so dangerous. One of the Cat III
racers decided, that when we had slowed down, and had bunched up, with the
double pace line in shambles. On an especially narrow section of the road.
The car was coming AT us. This particular rider decided to come around the
group to get to the front, just as the car met us. The car ended up in the
grass. Not cool.

The worst part this wasn't the only time that a dangerous situation
happened. Tal isn't one to cry WOLF. Today's ride was filled with mishaps.

Doug

So the cyclist was ensuring the motorists' safety by making it that much
more difficult to pass?

In my opinion, once "car back" had been called, the group needed to remain
tight to the right. This is seemingly not a shared opinion.

Gerry.
