Let me second Roger's recommendation by saying that this is an excellent activity in which to participate on an Election Day!
If you enjoy your existing rights and privileges as a cyclist or dare to even hope for them to improve, you ought take action on this issue.
Even if you just go to the link provided by Roger and adopt the standard boilerplate letter from the League, your efforts will be very worthwhile. It takes less than 30 seconds...
