Thursday, GH&FC Spin Cycling, Road Challenge

Considering the Gainesville Brevets beginning January 15th, our
straight jacket calling, some of us will be attending a spin class at
Gainesville Health & Fitness Center. I hear the class is taught by Kat
of TVM on Thursdays. If you are intereseted in attending we'll see you
there!

*Road Challenge*
Thursday 6:30p.m - 8:00p.m (On every fourth Thursday of the month will
run until 8:30 p.m.)
One hour and fifteen minutes of challenges, intervals, sprints and climbs.
Make this class as hard as you can take it. Go for it. Cycle hard.
