Ken: "Hey Erker, do you mind if I do three moderate 20 minute intervals
off the front of your ride? I'll regroup on my rest periods and at
lights. If it's not OK, I can just go do my own thing."
Scott: "Sure, I may follow your wheel though."
Ken: "OK let's go!".
Interval 1 - Ken - "That wasn't too bad." everyone else "Wow, that was
fast! And fun!"
Interval 2 - Ken - "Still not too bad." most everyone else "Ugh, I'm
tired."
Interval 3 - Ken, Scott P., Jason (not Jayson), and Justin Pfaff, "Hey,
where did everyone else go?"
For the record, little 13 year old Justin "won" the final sprint. We're
all going to be suffering when he's 16.

hello all
come out tomorrow night and participate
in the weekly dose of pain - metted out by your
friendly neighborhood badboys (i.e. rob mike scott and ken among
others) - esp if ken decides
to do his infamous "intervals off the front"
all relevant sunset/sunrise and gcc rules apply
regroup at all major turns
and try to keep the speed limit under 23 for most of the ride
but, depending who shows up, it may be a little faster
but have no worries - you can hang out at the back with me
or tool around and meet us in alachua (241/441)for the ride in
see you out there
