Another example of cyclists influencing weather patterns... has
anyone else noticed that Wed seems to be the coldest day of the
week? (Just like Saturday mornings always seem to be the
windiest.) Anyway, there will be a usual Wed AM Glider ride...
pushed back to 9am again for the wimpy riders (like me) who don't
want to scrape frost off their glasses. As before, that means
wheels turning at 9... and we'll try to avoid unscheduled,
off-road excursions this week. If you have pepper spray, please
bring it to ward off dogs (or riders who try to modify the route
during the ride).

Plan on 30-40 miles with 16-18 mph average; a slow 15-16 mph
warm-up followed by sustained 18-20 mph riding... maybe hills and
sprints. We do our best to keep the group together (at least until
the last four miles or so). If you plan on showing up and don't
want to get left behind, please e-mail me so I know who to
expect.
