G'day A Riders - come November 1, Daylight savings will be over and
darkness will set in.

Place Tuesday, November 10 on your calendar as the inaugural night
time 2009 / 2010 season Limerock ride!  This email is to remind you to
get your Cross / MTB / Limerock Assault Vehicle bikes and lights ready
in time.  There are several new routes planned for this year in
addition to the regular favourites.  Expect ride times to be 2 - 3
hours so be sure your lights have the appropriate burn time.

Ideally, the first four weeks of riding will be held at a mellow pace.
 With that said, we won't be Straying or stopping 2 - 4 times to
consume 10,000 calories worth of twinkies!  Intervals and regular
shenanigans will resume in December in readiness for the 2010 racing
season.
