It's almost Wed again and those of us fortunate enough to have
flexible schedules (or are unfortunately unemployed) will be doing
our usual ride from the north (NW 43rd St and 53 Ave). Plan on
wheels turning at 8am for a 40 mile ride at 18 mph avg. We start
fairly slow to warm up and then pick up the pace. There are all
out sections with fun hills, but we always regroup before any
turns so no one gets dropped or left behind. I'll probably be
suffering from a self-inflicted cheesecake overdose so you don't
have to worry about the group going too fast. As always, let me
know if you plan on showing up.
