Ok, so I know there are a bunch of you out there that set their alarms
with the idea of joining our early ride, but then snooze button your way
out of a great ride come Sunday morning.  So I am hereby offering wakeup
calls to anyone needing that extra shove out of bed!  904-430-1780.

To make the offer sweeter, the wake up call will consist of either my
three year old yelling 'GOOD MORNING!!!!!!' in the phone at the top of
his lungs (aka at his typical morning decibel level), or of my 5 month
old daughter gurgling away happily after an uninterrupted 2 hours sleep
(my poor wife).  Let me know if you want the call!  Either way, get out
of that warm bed and join us for our weekly....

SUNRISE RIDE

Sunday Morning April 29th.....Meet at 6:50am for a wheels turning
departure of 7am
Chevron Station NW43rd and 53rd
Count on a distance of just under 40 miles and a pace of about
18.5-19.5mph.  (If you are faster - you can pull us around the route.
If you are slower, we will wait for you at turns - or at the top of
hills in my case)
