December is upon us which is a good time to start (W)interval
workouts.  We'll regroup at the end of each limerock section to
collect dropped riders.  We won't be cruising around like lethargic
lemurs so keep this in mind.

Many of the roads are Limerock / Dirt so bring along your Mountain
Bike (with Slicks), Cross Bike or Limerock Assault Vehicle - we don't
discriminate here!  Ride time will be about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.  Route
to be determined at ride start.

Good lights are required, I cannot emphasize this enough.  Safety first!
