SUNRISE RIDE:  SUNDAY AUG 6TH

When:  Aug 6th, meet at 6:45, depart at 7am SHARP

Where:  Chevron Station, NW 53rd and 43rd

Distance:  Approx 42 miles (back before 9:30am)

Pace: This ride seems to have settled into a 18-22mph pace, and an
average speed of about 19.5.  This means we have been riding
pretty consistently above 19.5 mph.  We do however regroup at the
top of hills and at turns.....We have been hammering the last
several miles, so make sure you can change a flat if you come
out!
