Dear Friends:

We will try the Gainesville-Hawthorne Trail this Saturday 15 August (the
actual beginning of the Hurricane Season), departing the inner (North)
parking lot at Boulware Springs City Park at 8:00 AM.  If you can see
the big white brick pumphouse from your parking place, you are in the
wrong parking lot.  We will ride as far as folks want, but will accede
to the needs of beginners.  At least to Witness Tree Junction.   Bring
water, sunscreen, bug juice, any sustenance needed.  Slow pace with
stops.  Suitable for beginners and families.  We leave no one behind.
Lunch after at Satchel's or where ever we can get seats.
