Jo:

After first taking my bike to Gator Cycle for repairs, my wife took me back to my car and I drove with difficulty to the Emergency Clinic on Newberry Road. Of course, they wanted a mass of paperwork, and then told me it would be a long wait as there was only one practitioner there. I went home to clean up and did not go back.

Besides the cuts on the hand and elbow, I have a large bruise and strawberry on my hip. The shoulder is still quite sore and with limited motion. I have been icing it and taking Advil and it is better, with a greater range of motion than I had after the fall. I will likely have a better idea by tomorrow of how long this will persist.

Thank everyone for their concern. I'll be back.
Mike

Thanks to everyone for coming out today! We had hills, more hills, heat that
felt like 100+ degrees, an injury and riding through the injury, rain and a flat
tire in the rain! Way to go Everybody. We worked hard and we rocked today!!
Mike, take care of that shoulder!
