GCCMail: Weekend LoBee Rides - Feb. 6 & 7

This Saturday the LoBees will accompany Tony Ross' announced Bee level ride.
The speed and distance is very close to traditional Lobee standards. Riders
will be able to ride to teir own standars. (His announcement is at the very
end of this email). NOTE the 9:30 AM meet time.
Saturday - February 6th:
MEET: At the <http://gccfla.org/ridelocnw.html> Chevron station on the
corner of NW 43rd St and 53rd Ave.
TIME: Meet at 9:30 AM for a 9:45 departure.
PARK: In the Chevron station, along NW 43rd St. Start at the north end and
work south. Do not park in the slots alongside the station or along NW 53rd
Ave. DO NOT use the business lots east of the Chevron on Saturdays.
Overflow parking is along the short east-west street south of the station.
Please watch where you are standing; do not block the flow of traffic going
to the pumps.
Expect 32 miles at about 15 MPH on the flats.
As always: helmets are mandatory, mirrors are recommended.

NOTE: In deference to expected low temperatures Saturday night we will start
Sunday's ride at 10:00 AM to let it warm up a little.
Sunday - February 7th:
MEET: Gainesville-Hawthorne Trail (Leaving from Boulware Springs)
(directions below)
TIME: Meet at 10:00 am, depart by 10:10 am.
PARK: In any lot you wish. We will depart from the dirt lot nearest NE 15th
St.
Expect 31 miles at about 15 MPH on the flats.
