Since Roger's out of town and Len moved away, and some of the folks who showed
up this past Wednesday expressed interest in doing it again this weekend, I'm
taking the bull by the horns and announcing this.

Gliders Ride, this Wednesday, NW Chevron.  Meet at 8:00AM, wheels roll
at 8:15.

Distance: to be decided by group consensus (probably 30-40).

About The Gliders
The Gliders are a group that strives to maintain high training speeds
over moderate distances and maintain the integrity of the group. The
average speed of our rides generally will fall between 18 and 19.5
mph.  You must be capable of holding these speeds for three to four
hours in order to stay with the group. On most rides, we stop once
at a store. If there are more than 15 riders who will participate
we will form two groups.

To participate, you must sign the safety pledge, wear a helmet, be
able to change a flat tire, and have a capable road bike. You can
agree to the safety pledge on our web site.
