Hi Everyone,

I am wondering if there is a market out there for a weekly scheduled
Wednesday ride from the Chevron, 6pm start, 30 miles at 18-19mph?  I
know that Scott holds a very similar ride on Wednesdays, but there are a
few things that will distinguish our rides.

-This ride will leave from the Chevron Station (therefore we will
encounter some traffic going out on Millhopper)
-The distance will be between 25-30 miles and will not exceed 30 miles
(in fact the ride might very well cover the same route weekly)
-The pace will be consistent at about 18.5mph

I have been in contact with Scott about the similarities of our ride and
he is of the mindset that the more ride choices for GCC riders the
better, so I would like to know if there are riders out there who would
be interested in this new ride?

For me the reason for the ride is that I need to squeeze in a weeknight
ride.  However, I also need to be back in time to give our 3 year old a
bath and get him to bed!  So (as all those with young kids out there can
attest), my weekday evenings are scheduled down to the minute.  So this
ride would leave precisely at 6pm and we would be back at the Chevron by
7:15pm.

Any interest out there?  If so, please email me back off the listerv.
If there is enough interest, I will start to post weekly rides.

Hague. We will be riding the back roads for about 1 to 1-1/2 hours at
a moderate pace (15-19mph). The pace will be dictated by the
participants, we will not leave anyone out on the course.

Time: 6:00 p.m. sharp, this is when we leave!
