Keep Wacahoota the way it is!  If you improve it more cars will come.  Ask anybody in the country who had a road paved that they live off.  Traffic and crime increases.
I know where the bumps and potholes are from hundreds of Hipp rides and like it just fine.
A few bike signs and lowered speed limits could help though.
I would also wager that those complaining have not lived in the area very long.
