Greetings!

As many of you know, over the past few years Sandy and I have run a fall
food drive benefiting the Bread of the Mighty Food Bank.  Unfortunately,
there is still a need for donations to the food bank, and it's that time
of the year again.  This year, the collection will take place during the
GCC annual winter holiday.

Many of the local grocers have frequent BoGo (buy one, get one free)
offers.  If you find the product something you use, please consider
taking advantage of the offer and donating the free item to the food drive.

Due to family commitments, I will be out of town during this winters GCC
Holiday Party.  However, I've begged and pleaded (and bribed) Matt
Staras to take over the collection, and he has agreed to do so.  So
please bring your food items to the GCC Holiday Party!

Last year the GCC collectively rounded up over 100 pounds of food items
for the food drive, but I think we can do more!  Let's shoot for 200#
this year!
