Greetings all,

Just an FYI that the Civic Media Center and the National Lawyers Guild
will present an event entitled "Bicyclists, Know Your Rights!" this
Wednesday.

The event amounts to a presentation on the rights and responsibilities of
bicyclists under Florida Law.

Date/time: Wed, Mar 27, 7 PM
Place: Civic Media Center, 433 S. Main Street
Donations appreciated

This event would seem of value to GCC members and indeed all cyclists,
even if you already know Florida Statute Chapter 316 by heart,
particularly section 316.2065. And if you don't, or if you're just rusty
on the details, this is a great opportunity to brush up. Enough with the
"car culture" already.

I'll be there on Wed, hope to see some of you all.
