This is Greg Hummel and I work with the Valdosta- Lowndes County Parks and Recreation Authority. I am emailing to invite members of the Gainesville Cycling Club to ride in the 2010 Honey Bee Century, which will be held in Hahira, GA (just North of Valdosta, GA). The ride will take place October 9, 2010. The event description is below:

Valdosta-Lowndes County Parks and Recreation Authority presents the Honey Bee Century Bike Ride on Saturday, October 9, 2010. Registrations begin at 7:00 a.m. and mass start at 8:00 a.m. at the North Lowndes Park at 7715 Sonny Rodgers Memorial Boulevard in Hahira, Georgia. This is a fully supported ride with SAG stops and shorter cutoff routes for 62 and 30 miles. Participant fee is $30 and includes a meal and long sleeve shirt, while supplies last. Helmets are required!
