The Beginner Ride for this Saturday, Jan. 31 has been rescheduled to a 10:30
meeting and 10:45 departure.

There will also be a Beginner Ride on Saturday, Feb. 7 on the
Gainesville/Hawthorne Trail starting at Boulware Springs park, meeting at 9:00 a.m. with a
9:15 depature.   Following the Beginner Ride, some may want to go downtown to
watch the Downtown Criterium bike race.

The Gainesville Cycling Club will have a Beginner Ride on Saturday, January
31 on the Gainesville Hawthorne Trail.  Riders should meet at the Boulware
Springs Park at  10:30 a.m. for a 10:45 departure time.

The ride will go as short and as slowly as necessary, this is a good ride for
beginners and families with small children.  Chandler will chaperone this
ride, I will be there early to check everyone's tire pressure and give a safety
check to anyone's bike.
