Doesn't appear that the LoBee crew has a ride scheduled prior to the
GCC picnic on Monday.  Anyone up for a ride along the G-H trail before
the picnic?  I am trying to lure an unsuspecting off road rider into
joining the cycling club & we will be departing from the trailhead at
the Gainesville end of the G-H trail at 8:30 AM sharp.

Don't forget, next weekend is a three day weekend, so riding groups may want to plan a Monday ride, to celebrate Labor Day, Monday Sept. 3.

The Gainesville Cycling Club will have a picnic, Monday, September 3 at Boulware Springs (the trailhead of the Gainesville Hawthorne Trail).  The picnic will begin about noon, at the picnic area next to the pumphouse.

Riding groups may want to schedule at Monday ride that ends at Boulware Springs.

Fried chicken (from Churches Fried chicken) will headline the menu, and the Club will provide soft drinks.  Club members are asked to bring a side dish to round out the menu.

Boulware Springs is on SE 15th Street, across from Prairie View Elementary School.
