I wanted to let all the GCC riders know that the
Uppercrust Bakery is honoring Paris-Brest-Paris
With a special pastry called Paris-Brest. The
owner of Uppercrust, Jacky, is a big fan of France and
A very knowledgeable chef and pastry chef and she
found this traditional pastry in a French
Cookbook she owns. It is shaped like a bicycle
wheel, filled with whipped cream and has almonds
on top. It is really special!
GCC members will get 10% off the Paris-Brest this
week and next week.
