Jim,
For a very low monthly fee, one can do as many stationary trainer sessions as one can schedule at Shands Fitness on SW 13th St. with Jeff Plasschaert.

Your friend can bring her own bike and they'll hook it up to the computrainer or tacx trainer. Alternately, Jeff has a few bikes in various sizes on hand at the facility that she can use. The price cannot be beat.

What's more, her riding will be done under the guidance of trained exercise physiologists. In fact, they have a medical fitness program specific to recovery from injury/surgery.

I just spent ten weeks there recouping from an injury. Could not have gone better.

Newly reupped member Sherrilene Claussen has recently undergone bilateral knee replacement and seeks to borrow (or rent) something to help with rehab.

I'm certain Sherrilene would *not* be interested in a roller rig; that seems inadvisable for such activity. But, if you have something more suitable and are willing to help, contact Sherriline directly: sclassen@phhp.ufl.edu or (352) 575-8164.
