Dear GCC,

As some of you know, Florida DOT recently installed a stoplight
and walk/don't walk signals at the point where the GHST crosses
Williston Road.  Trail users should beware that cars may pass
through the intersection when the "don't walk" countdown is in
progress.  Traffic on Williston Road has a flashing red light
at this time.  There is a sign on Williston that says cars may
proceed on the flashing red if the intersection is clear.
They're probably supposed to stop before they go through the
intersection, but mostly they don't.
