Hi, fellow GCC Members,

Volunteers are needed for our Club’s upcoming quarterly Adopt-A-Road roadside litter cleanup (in partnership with Keep Alachua County Beautiful).

Cleanup will take place on Saturday, Aug 12th, starting at 0800.

We will clean up litter along both sides of N. Main St from 8th Ave to 39th Ave.  Volunteers will be provided with safety vests, trash grabbers/tongs, and trash bags.  I suggest bringing a hat, gloves, sunglasses, and cash or phone, card, etc. in case you want a snack or cold drink along the route.

The more volunteers we have, the faster it goes.
