1st Annual National Bike to School Day:

On Wednesday, May 9, The City of Gainesville Bicycle/Pedestrian Program will
be at Glen Springs Elementary (2826 NW 31 Avenue, Gainesville, FL. 32605 /
352-955-6708) to assist Vicki McAlhany (school BRT), coordinate a bicycle
helmet safety presentation and fitting for all students 7:45 am - 12:15 pm.
This visit falls on 2 noteworthy occasions: National Bike Month (May) and
the 1st Annual National Bike to School Day (May 9, 2012). This will be a fun
day of safety, learning and enjoying school spirit! Please let me know if
you are interested in participating next week.
