According to Ed Gardner's investigation:
"All I see outside is clear sky and stars at 6:00AM and 67F with no winds(hooray!).....but for now all the heavy rain seems to be well south of here".

So, If it turns out that Ed guessed wrong, you can go find Ed and smack him with the wet towel you dried off with at the end of the ride.
