Puncture danger on A-B Trail

Folks,
Whoever recently mowed along the Archer-Braid Trail between Parker Rd. and West Farms left the trail covered with grass and weeds. The debris is rich with sand spurs.
I pedaled that section today, just 3 miles from finishing my ride. Shortly after getting home both tires were flat. Several sand spurs were stuck to each tread. This isn't the first autumn that mowers have left the trail booby trapped like this.
I don't know if the same situation exists between Parker Rd. and the town of Archer. If not now, probably soon.
If anyone knows who to contact to explain the need to blow off the trail after mowing, please make the call. I'm sure they don't realize the risk to bike tires they're causing.
