The interest group that you have been asking for is now active. We will be posting an update soon on the "2nd Annual Velo Vixen Mountain Bike Skills Clinic" and how you can participate as well as updates on the new Vixen's cycling kit & more.

 

We are women cyclists who ride together for safety, support and fun to build confidence, character, and community, two wheels at a time. We connect and support women who ride bikes by providing a friendly social network, regular women’s rides, events and cycling education in a non-competitive environment.

Biking is good for our health and our soul. It’s not just about being active; it’s about having fun. We share updates on news, group rides, clinics, events and racing. Gainesville Velo Vixens hosts women's beginner-friendly rides, both mountain biking and/or road riding as well as social mixers and clinics and provides opportunities for female cyclists of all riding abilities to ride with a group, supporting the development of cyclists at all levels.

Experienced group members are always on hand during rides to make sure all participants complete the course and return home safely. New members are always welcome!!! Look us up on Facebook "Gainesville Velo Vixens"

Group membership is open to all Gainesville Cycling Club members. To join, sign in to the Members Area, go to the Ride page, and click on "Join A Group" just under the "Group Membership" heading.
