After a kind donation from David Aldrich and some evaluation of compatibility with automobiles with other buyers, the three bike Swagman hitch rack remains for sale at thirty bucks.  FYI, this rack does not fold down away from your vehicle.  It is of "single arm" construction.

Basically, thirty bucks gets a vet on a working bike.
