I'm Neal Cohen the current leader of the Millhopper Crew. We clean Millhopper's 7mile stretch when needed. We divide Millhopper into 7 one mile sections of one mile going east and the same mile going west. Each section has one person or two people responsible for keeping that section debris/wood/limb free. We try to have two person teams that can alternate who sweeps or blows their section. Almost every week I ride Millhopper and note which sections have problems and then email all Crew members so they can clean their section. Usually most sections are clean but each week a few might have a minor problem. Usually riding your section on your bike with a broom is sufficient but some people prefer to do their section in a car and get out to clean the bike lane as necessary.

Millhopper Rd today was incredibly beautiful, and most times that is true, but we have to work to keep it clean.
