Due to popular demand, meaning Huan Dinh asked, we will get together at Gator's Dockside, 3842 West Newberry Rd Gainesville next to Royal Park Theaters, to watch the Tour de France on television! We'll meet in the front room to the left when you enter that faces the outside fountain. All GCC members and friends are invited, so spread the word! No food or refreshments are being provided, but feel free to order from the menu... The TV broadcast will be from 8pm to 11pm.

Thursday July 18, Stage 18: Gap to Alpe d'Huez
The day that many cycling fans are waiting for. For the first time in Tour history, the Alpe d'Huez will be tackled twice on the same day, in the final 50km, with the stage finishing at the summit. Will the general classification riders spend the first ascent eyeing each other up before attacking on the second climb? Will an opportunistic climber make a break? It promises to be an intriguing day.
