Hello all,

 

GCC will have a picnic on Saturday, July 13 in Archer at the Archer Community Center.  Doors open at 11:00 a.m. and we have the Center until 3:00 p.m.

 

Ride leaders should schedule rides so riders can attend the picnic.   Riders are welcome to park at the Communty Center from 7:30 a.m., though parking is limited.

 

Main course at the picnic will be spaghettii with vegi sauce, and a tossed green salad.  Picnic attendees should bring either a side dish, salad, desert, or their own special spaghetti sauce.  

 

We will need a few volunteers to help clean up following the picnic.  We will do clean up at the Center from 2:30 to 3:00 p.m.   If we don't clean up, we might lose our $150 damage deposit.
