Any ride groups planning to ride through Archer on Saturday, 06/15/13 to attend the Archer Braid Trail Grand Opening should be mindful that the parking lot at the trail head will be off-limits to parking on the day of the event. 

Exhibitors will be using the lot as a staging area for dropping off tents, tables, and other equipment and supplies, and our GCC volunteers will need full access to the empty lot in order to be able to mark the pavement for the Bike Rodeo that will be staged there later in the morning. 

Our GCC volunteers will be at the lot no later than 0830 to unload and set up. Please plan to find alternate parking in Archer, if you are planning to start your ride in Archer, even if your ride starts prior to 0830. 

For rides starting anywhere other than Archer on Saturday, this will obviously not be a problem.  Thanks for helping to ensure that the Grand Opening runs smoothly.
