As an IT Security admin, let me add:
If your email account is transmitting these communications, you're email account has been hacked.
This means you should seriously evaluate each and every one of your online accesses (bank accounts, alternate email accounts, forums, credit card accesses, et al) and
consider changing all your passwords.
You should use a strong password containing numbers, upper and lower case characters and special characters ($#@!... [as allowed by the system, some restrict certain specials]) and it should be at least 8 characters, preferably 12 or more.
And, it should go without saying but I'll say it anyway: Don't use your favorite things for your password: kids names, pets, anniversary or birthdates and or other things "known" about you personally.
Thank you,
Gary
