Ultegra STI shifters---yes, this bike has both bar end shifters (which are cabled to the derailers) and the STI shifters (which are hooked up to the brakes, but not to the derailers)  The STI shifters seem functional, unknown number of speeds, but they are probably compatible with the rear derailer

Wheels--the wheels need to be replaced.  Both rims are extremely worn, rear wheel has two broken spokes.  Ultegra 9 speed hubs.  The wheels can be repaired, but they would only be "beater" wheels and would not be acceptable or safe for GCC rides.

All cables need to be replaced. 

Chain must be replaced, cassette should be replaced
