As of 3 pm Thursday 9/14 the word from Florida Parks is there are still trees down blocking the GHT. They are working to clear them as we speak.

Once the trail is cleared of trees the asst. park manager will call and some of us Trailkeepers will be out the next morning to clean up the small stuff.

I'll be sure to post as soon as we are done along with any additional pertinent information.

The bike lanes on Millhopper Road east of the interstate are mostly trashed, and not really rideable. The Glider ride Wednesday morning mainly rode in the inside traffic lane.

The Millhopper Crew is standing down until the County is able to get the really heavy stuff off of the road (downed trees were cut up and piled on the bike lane).
