BIKES, WHEELS, SHOES AND PARTS FOR SALE

 

 

In July of this year a friend died after a long battle with cancer.  He was an avid biker and member of the GCC.  For the last few years of his life his riding was limited and the items listed are all well cared for and some of the parts are virtually new.

 

His wife has asked for help in selling his bikes, an additional wheel set and other accessories.

 

For sale:

 

    Cervelo Soloist – Full Dura Ace triple drive train – Bontranger OCLV HED Carbon Wheels – Pedals are Shimano SPD two sided.  Frame has probably less than 2,000 miles and Drive train probably less than 500

    miles and was always stored inside.  This is a beautiful bike and total invested over $6,500 when new.  Wheels probably ridden less than 200 miles.  Seat included as are bottle cages.  Asking price is $2,600 and this

    is a firm price.  Drive train and wheel set are worth that much.  No rush to sell and will list on Craigslist if not sold to GCC member.  56 cm frame.  Really nice bike.  Full carbon.  Will include brain new rain hood for

    free with purchase of Cervelo.

 

    Kestrel 200 – Full Dura Ace Ace Triple.  Older frame but drive train is virtually new.  Seat included. Wheels are Mavic Kysrium and are the same wheels I ride.  They are great wheels with few miles on.  Shimano

    SPD two sided pedals.  Water bottle cages included.  Will include at least one Mavic wheel bag and will include second wheel bag if we can find it.  56 CM.  Asking price is $650 firm.  Drive train and wheel set worth

    much more than this. Full Carbon.

 

    Shimano Dura Ace Rear Derailleur.  Not sure of age or number of gears.  $35.  Was restored at local bike shop so assume in good working condition.

 

    Specialized Bike shoes.  Size 43.5.  Almost new.  Have Shimano SPD cleats that fit pedals on either the Cervelo or Kestrel.  $45.

 

    Tacx Indoor Trainer.  Has resistance control and front wheel stand.  Do not think ever used.  $50.

 

    Bontranger wheel set with Shimano 10 ring cassette on real.  Come with quick releases and tires.  $75.
