Bob,
It's top secret for another week or two while the planning committee finishes the full itinerary.  It is in the Downtown Gainesville area though.

Thanks for taking the lead on this project Ally Gill and thanks Richard Pushaw for helping plan an event you will not even be able to attend!

Have a great day and keep pedaling,

Joseph

I guess the obvious question is, where is the holiday party being held?

GCC Friends:

I'm wondering whether any Club members have access (through their workplaces, neighborhood groups, clubs, civic organizations, or churches, for example) to folding chairs and tables that GCC could borrow for a Club event (holiday party)?

This year's holiday party will not be at the Catholic church hall, but at a great new venue.  However, that venue does not have tables or chairs for us to use.

I estimate that we will need 75 chairs and 6 tables (standard rectangular table that can seat 8. GCC has several, but not enough).  In the interest of keeping costs low, I'd rather borrow than pay to rent.  One of our GCC party planning volunteers will pick up and return the tables and chairs to the lender.  If you can help out, let me know.

Thanks,

-Ally
