Traditionally, the GCC's labor Day Picnic is our most popular picnic, with about 100 members attending.   I need help with a couple of tasks.

1)  Two or more "burger flippers", that is: people to tend the grill, flipping burgers and tending hot dogs.  We will have three grills, and we need someone to tend each grill.  We will be cooking from about 11:15 a.m. until about 1 p.m.  You wouldn't have to work the entire time, but from about 11:45 until 12:30 it gets particularly busy

2)  someone to manage the "fixings"  to re-load the containers that have lettuce, tomato, onion  (all these will be prepared ahead , you would just need to empty plastic bags of these vegies into the serving containers)  Also you might want to monitor the ketchup, mustard, mayo and pickles.   You can probably eat while you tend the "fixings'.

3)  One or more people to sweep off the picnic tables ahead of the picnic.  The picnic tables are covered with pine needles.  You could do this anytime ahead of the picnic, even on Saturday or Sunday or before 11"00 on Monday.
