The road surface rework of 121 between NW 156th and Lacrosse appears to now be completely finished, including fresh asphalt and white lines separating the bike lanes from the main road. Be aware though that the white line now has rumbles cut in to its surface, like those on the pavement of 441's bike lanes crossing Paynes Prairie.. These on 121 are better, because they do not intrude into the bike space, however the white paint may make them less likely to be noticed. While a car running over them just makes a lot of noise, these cuts do have the potential to unbalance an unwary cyclist, so be forewarned.
Safe riding,
